DRV8305: functional differences over 2 ICs

Part Number: DRV8305

Hi team,

I am looking at below 2 ICs

- DRV83053QPHPQ1

- DRV83053PHPR

I would like to know if there is any functional and package differences between these two.

I found:

DRV83053QPHPQ1 is AEC Q100 grade, but other than that, temp range and LDO config seems to be the same. Can you confirm?

    Hi Luke,

    You'll actually find quite a few differences between the two. I'd suggest putting the datasheets side by side, even with a quick glance you'll see some differences.

    there a variants of DRV8305 - Q1 with a different temperature range than DRV8305 however pin out is the same.
