DRV8462EVM: GUI and EVM doesn't work

Hi,

I have installed the DRV84xx_DRV82x2_DRV89x2-EVM-GUI but I couldn't start it.

What could be the reson?

I have connected the EVM with the PC and I also have connected a stepper motor and 24 VDC to the board

The LED for 3V3 and that for VM is on. But there is no voltage on the DVDD output.

What could be wrong?
