Hi,

The customer wants to add a haptic function to the column SBW.

Is it possible to diagnose the OPEN SHORT status of the actuator only when it is active?

    Hello, 

    Diagnostics can only be run when the device is active. 

    I am thinking you are asking if diagnostics can be run during operation, like while a waveform is playing, and that answer is no. Diagnostics is a mode similar to how real time playback is a mode, so the two can not run simultaneously.
