Hi,

For DRV8703-Q1 and DRV8703-Q1, do RHB0032T and RHB0032N differ by parts name?

When I purchase a product, please tell me where I should look to determine the difference between packages.

Hi Nishie san,

Thank you for your question. Acc to datasheet, DRV8703-Q1 has only one package as "RHB0032N". So RHB0032N should be used.

Any reason you ask this question about RHB0032T?

Sorry, I made a typo.

"DRV8703-Q1 and DRV8703D-Q1" is correct, not "DRV8703-Q1 and DRV8703-Q1".

Does DRV8703D-Q1 has RHB0032T?

If DRV8703D-Q1 has RHB0032T, please tell me where I should look to determine the difference between packages.

Hi Nishie san,

DRV8703D-Q1 used RHB0032N package before, but now moved to RHB0032T. This is multi source package.

That is why DRV8703D-Q1 datasheet shows two type of packages. They are 100% PCB layout compatible.

We can check on the label which one is used. ASO:CDA is RHB0032T. ASO:NSE is RHB0032N

PCN was released before: PCN#20200218000.2B

I checked PCN#20200218000.2B.

Am I correct in understanding that only RHB0032T is available now for DRV8703 Q1 and DRV8703D-Q1?

The customer purchased DRV8703D-Q1.

We confirmed this because we obtained both RHB0032T and RHB0032N.

Thank you for your questions.

DRV8703Q1 datasheet shows RHB0032N only. It has only one package version.

Both can be used with same PWM/metal screen with RHB0032N. PCB compatible.

Could you please confirm that I understand the package type correctly?

DRV8703-Q1 has RHB0032N only. DRV8703D-Q1 has RHB0032T only.

When I looked at PCN#20200218000.2B, I could read that DRV8703-Q1 and DRV8703D-Q1 are only ASO: CDA (RHB0032T), so I confirmed that.
