Dears,
When TI's DVR8873S is used, the connection method is shown in the following figure. Eight DVR8873S on a board are connected hand-in-hand. The test shows that during initial power-on (MUC does not burn firmware, and all pins are high-resistance input), the temperature of one or two chips in the eight chips is always 15℃ higher than that of the others. When there is no output, the voltage between OUT1 and OUT2 is measured. The chip with normal temperature is basically 0, while the chip with high temperature has a voltage drop of about 30mV (0 after loading). During full load test, the chip with high temperature is more prone to overtemperature alarm or overtemperature failure than other chips. Please help analyze the cause of the failure!
