I am implementing a new new motor driver section.
Currently I have the following requirements:
24V, 1A, 2A max / fault.
The power stage uses BUK6D56-60E. These transistors have a total gate charge of 7.5nC
From my point of view 20/30 mA gate driver current has to be choosen.
I expect that the tansisitors are much to fast and would like to slow them down with gate resistors.
We have the demand to be in the SOR range but we must also be in the allowed EMC/EMI range.
The values must be better than the limit for the ordinary household.
Witch vaues for the gate resistors wouldd TI suggest to use?
