Hi Team,

Concerns about high temperature of DRV8300 driver Infineon MOSFET IPT015N10N5，only PWM signal, the temperature will reach more than 60C.

Am I understanding correctly that your customer is concerned about high temperature? Is high temperature being observed at the driver or the MOSFETs?
