DRV8350: Abnormal operation in particular RPM

My customer tests DRV8350H in their own PCB, and they looked abnormal operation.

I attach the waveform which my customer measured. Could you check this waveform?

    Hey Chase,

    This seems to be an issue coming from  how the motor commutation might be implemented in the customer's code.

    I would suggest decreasing the RPM ramp rate to see if there is improvement. Also is there any current limiting implemented in the software? The vibration might be result of current spikes.
