Hello support team,
We use TI Driver chip DRV8350F in our design, similar to your application note TIDA-00771 for Compact Brushless DC Motor Drive.
We use Emergency Off to disconnect power from the motor, so we put a SICK safety relay (attached) to disconnect power from the logic of DRV8350F
The implementation of this function requires all components to be "functional safety" rated.
The default failure probability rating of the electronic component (10 years) does not give us the required Performance Level PLd, so we need a higher MTTFd rating.
Can you please help? We need the reliability ratings for this driver that can be used in performance level calculation by SYSTEMA
