hello,
I used DRV103H in my design, in layout, power PAD via's are connected to the ground, would it make any effect on functionality of the design?
first image is viewed from ground layer. purple color is GND and orange color is top layer . 
this is how it looks from top layer. 
this is how it looks on PCB, device ground(pin 4) is connected to Power Pad( I used already made footprint in circuit maker).
1.should I isolate the power pad from the device ground(PIN 4)?
2. if power pad is isolated from device ground, should I connect the power pad via's to ground ? or just make a via and not connect to any net?
