My customer is using 8718+ mosfet to make the highside switch. The mosfet VGS break down voltage is 10V. But as charge pump is 11V, so we think the peak VGS should be 11V. So the customer is using 10k+22k resister to divide the VGS. But they found it slow down by the RC charging the switching make the efficiency bad. They are asking if we have any recommendation on this situation.
