DRV8320: audible noise Problem

I used 2 Ti product on this project and both of them are problems.  After I will never prefer ti product.

There may be ringing or non-ideal gate drive waveforms (VGS) occurring that is causing the noise to occur. May you share a few details about your application?
- Maximum motor voltage/current
- IDRIVE setting(s) used
- Schematic of board

As for you schematic, the components don't have their values listed so it is difficult to say if there is an issue there. If you could provide a schematic with the component values that would be great.

I reviewed your IDRIVE settings and nothing seemed too out of the ordinary, I should mention however that it is slightly outside of our recommended conditions. Typically we recommend anywhere from 100nS to 300nS for trise and tfall. It looks like your sink gate current gives you a tfall time of 85ns

Qgd/IDRIVE = 24nC/140mA = 171ns

Qgd/IDRIVE = 24nC/280mA = 85ns

I updated My PCB and canceled 1x PWM mode.

I will use 3x PWM or 6x PWM mode.

I do not want to be audible noise. I want minimum electrical noise.

what do you think input capacitor. are they enough for us 330 uF with Pi Type filter.

I've looked at your schematic and didn't really find anything that would lead me to think it is the root of your issue which was noise. Have you made any progress with this issue, are you still experiencing the original issue?
