Tool/software:
I run the GUI and connect the evaluation board to my laptop.
When teh board is plugged in, the GUI gives the message "Please wait while the device connection is in progress..." After this messages disappears, the status ribbon at the bottom of the GUI says "Hardware not Connected: Failed to connect"
This happens with both the locally installed and the cloud-based GUIs.
The Windows Device Manager shows two COM ports when the device is connected. If I select 'Options' from the GUI menu and switch between the two COM ports, both give the same connection failure.
I have tried unplugging and reconnecting the board. I have tried three differnt evaluation boards. I have tried restarting the laptop. All the usual stuff - still fails to connect!
