What is the truth table of the offline short circuit and open load detection of the half bridge? I understand it should be different from the truth table of the full bridge check.

Hi,

Thank you for your questions. In case of Half bridge use case, it could be "High side driver for Low side load" or "Low side driver for High side load".

Please refer attached file for High side driver case.

For Low side driver case, just same way but opposite. It is straight forward therefore we do not generate the slide.
