DRV8889-Q1EVM: The GUI cannot execute after install...

Part Number: DRV8889-Q1EVM

Tool/software:

Dear Sirs,

My customer feedback the DRV8889 EVM GUI cannot be execute after install.

What he install is the latest version that get from TI website.

System is Win 8.1K and Win10 64bit and the GUI version is v1.1.7

Please help.
