DRV3901-Q1EVM: Can´t seem to be able to connect to my computer

I am trying to get my DRV3901-Q1EVM connected so that we can test some pyrofuses. Unfortunately, the online tool seems to not work: https://dev.ti.com/gallery/view/MotorDriversBSM/DRV3901-Q1EVM-GUI/ver/1.1.1/

Is it possible I can run the tool offline?
