I have custom board which's based on or 99% replicated of BOOSTXL-DRV8323RH, my codes based on Universal_Motorcontrol_Lab + External Throttle Device which's for control either IsSet_A or speedRef_Hz value, On boostxl-drv8323rh + launchxl-f280025c it's working fine but when I replicate it on custom board :
1. Run with CCS, both 40v lipo battery and 30v power supply, change speedRef_Hz / IsSet_A under CCS expressions window and while flagEnableRunAndIdentify is remain TRUE - OK
2. Run Standalone, 30v power supply, without CCS, control speedRef_Hz / IsSet_A via external throttle device, flagEnableRunAndIdentify is remain ON and OFF depended speedRef_Hz value - OK
3. Run Standalone, 40v lipo battery, without CCS, control speedRef_Hz / IsSet_A via external throttle device, flagEnableRunAndIdentify is remain ON and OFF depended speedRef_Hz value - DAMAGED
VM and VDRAIN Pins damaged
MOSFET damaged D and S shorted, this time PHASE A, last time PHASE C, which is random
Do you think it's caused by VM and VDRAIN pin separated ? If you need my PCB can I PM you ?
