We are using the DRV8871 to drive an actuator.
actuator Voltage : 24V
actuator Operation Current : 0.05A
Upon checking with an oscilloscope, an inrush current of 8.6A was observed.
In the following situation, the OCP (Over Current Protection) feature should be activated, but it continues to operate without activation.
Could you please help us understand the reason?

I would guess that this time is within the tOCP time. This time starts when the FETs are enabled. It looks like for this device tOCP is 1.5us typical with no given min/max values - I would expect it to be 1.5us +/- 20% ish. Is the current still >4.5A after 1.7us of the signal starting?

The current exceeds 4.5A for 1.83 microseconds. Additionally, I have another question.
The OCP (Overcurrent Protection) range is 3.7 to 6.4A.
Does this mean that the current value at which the OCP function is activated varies for each component?
