Hi team.

When changing the state as shown below, I observed a momentary voltage rise on the SDO terminal.(White circle in the photo)
Could you please explain the principle behind this voltage rise?
PVDD=12V 　　　PVDD=12V
DVDD=0V 　　DVDD=5V
nsleep=0V 　　　nsleep=5V

Hi Saito-san,

The SDO is a push-pull output structure as shown in the diagram:

when both the pull up and pull-down FETs are disabled then the SDO pin is floating (HI-Z). Since it is HI-Z it picks up any voltage through any sort of coupling.
