MCT8316Z: effect of Delay compensation and Slew rate on high Duty cycle values

Part Number: MCT8316Z

Tool/software:

HI

My drivers is configured to 35Khz, slew rate 200V/usec.

with PWM setting of 95% the output current is not reaching the Ilim value, and I see output of ~50% of the Ilim.

is it possible that the drivers Delay compensation prevent me to reaching High DC (Duty cycle).

i.e - if the driver is set to 35Khz, and delay compensation is 1.2usec--> it's about 10% of the 28uSec cycle time.

in previous setting of 0 delay compensation and 25V/usec - I didn't have such a problem.
