DRV8714-Q1: Is there any functional difference among # of pins variant?

Hi team, 

Does DRV8714S-Q1 have functional difference among 40 pins,  48 pins, and 56 pins variant? Which kinds of pins are removed from 56 pins device for each variant?

    Thank you for your questions.

    Please refer table 4-1 for SPI vs H variant comparison.

    Here is note for 40pin vs 56pin

    AREF pin and GND pins are key difference we always pay attention. 

    On the DRV8714-Q1 RHA package, the AREF pin is not present and the AREF power supply is derived from the DVDD pin. Then there are small SPEC number gap caused by this difference.
