Hello Blue,

The sine wave current capture shown in the figure is coil A (or coil B) current. This is usually measured using an oscilloscope current probe (clamp on). If you capture AISEN or BISEN waveforms you may see positive half cycles one for each high-side FET conduction. Something like the below example waveform. It may also be noisy because of its low amplitude voltage level.
