Hi,

Could you provide a tuning guide for DRV8452 or a development guide using the GUI (DRV84XX-DRV89X2-DRV82X2-EVM-SOFTWARE)? I would like to clarify what steps are required for the development flow.

    Hi Conor,

    All information necessary to develop an application with the DRV8452 is provided in its datasheet. In addition to this, a DRV8462EVM is available for product evaluation. The DRV8462EVM uses a DRV8462 DDW package, a superset stepper driver device which is 100% functional compatible with the DRV8452 in DDW package. The DRV8452 is also available as subset options. The DRV8462EVM user's guide available on the EVM webpage, describes how to use the EVM with the DRV84xx_DRV82x2_DRV89x2-EVM-GUI, https://www.ti.com/tool/DRV8462EVM. The EVM user's guide can be viewed and downloaded from, https://www.ti.com/lit/pdf/slou558.
