ULC1001-DRV290XEVM: Open Load fault

Tool/software:

We have the ULC1001-DRV290x Evaluation Module connected with a flat lens cover system. Calibration went well, but when we try to run it in “Auto-cleaning” mode, it gives an 'Open Load' error. Other cleaning modes work. Additionally, when we performed diagnostics in “Power mode”, we received both 'Under Power' and 'Open Load' errors simultaneously, and the system diagnostics reported 'System Fault' and 'Open Load' errors at the same time. What could be causing these error messages?

    Thanks for reaching out.  We have two types of the flat lens cover systems. The one you received is LCS-FL-RNG15? For this one, you need to use an updated config file for the lens cover system, which can be downloaded from my secure resources. Have you tried this?
