Hi,
1. We have used TI launch pad boards (LAUNCHXL-F28069M) for the model based development and tested our motor with closed loop configuration.
Attached the output waveform we got using launchpad board.

2. We used the same MBD code and integrated with our custom board(Controller) along with TI driver (DRV 8300) and we are observing the issue on output waveform. The Input waveform is similar as launch pad setup.
Please help us to understand the issue and provide suggestions for solving the same.
