My customer did SPx and SNx short to GND test, and found nearly every time our device's related SPx and SNx resistance to GND is very small after this test. What's the reason for this?

Hi team,
Customer did short to battery test in output port of Q4,and found that DVDD voltage dropped to 2.5V, and the device destroyed.
My questions are:
1. What is the reason for DVDD drop?
2. Does 8718's protection relate to Q2? Is Q2 is not pasted, will short to battery test cause current flow through SH to 8718 and damage our device?
