The dimension of the exposed thermal pad can be taken from your first image.

These dimensions are different because off the stencil thickness.

The dimensions you provided earlier are okay, but they refer to the footprint of the thermal pad. I need the dimensions of the actual thermal pad present within the part.

The thermal pad dimensions can be found from the .bxl file. The .bxl file is a generic schematic symbol and layout footprint (including the thermal pad) that can be converted into various CAE/CAD packages.
