Sorry for the delay in reply, I was on vacation.

I see that Robert provided you a response over email already so I will relay the repose to the question here as well.

We currently do not have a RTM date for the MCT8314ZR (SPI version) at this time. For a SPI capable device we recommend using the MCT8316ZR which is RTMed.
