We tried to measure the parameters on bench since characterization data is not available for this. I found out that it takes roughly 500ms for the output to respond after the input speed command is given. Please find the capture for the same below:

Additionally, I found that there is no real minimum duty cycle spec the device adheres to. However upon testing I found that the device responds reliably only after 5% duty cycle on the input. Though this could be taken as a minimum value, the motor may not run reliably at this duty. For the sensorless algorithm to work, we may require speeds above 10% for the BEMF to be reliable enough for sensorless function.
