Hi Eric,

I checked with design. There is not limitation for Vm < 20 as mentioned. The 20 is also not a hard cutoff fyi it is more of a gradient. The reason for the limitation for Vm > 20 is due to hot spots forming and the thermal sensors not being able to respond fast enough, which could damage the Fets.

actually , I knew this requirements based on the thermal performance in case of over power. so I think there must be some calculator for this
