Our customer is using DRV8245PQPWPRQ1 now, but would like to know whether all fault protection and diagnosis functions are same among DRV8243-Q1, DRV8244-Q1, DRV8245-Q1 P variant.
Is there any difference among them other than Ron?

Yes they're the same from a fault protection and diagnostic functions point of view for S and P variants. The H-variants have differences, see table below from the datasheet.
In other words all S and P variants of DRV8243/4/5-Q1 have the same features. Between S and P, there is an HW difference requiring external VDD input in P variant and nSLEEP pin not present for the P. All H variants of DRV8243/4/5-Q1 have the same features. There are some differences between H and S/P variants as shown in the table.
Is there any difference among them other than Ron?
For the VQFN-HR packages there will be size and footprint difference between the DRV8243/4 and 5. Thank you.
