DRV3946-Q1: UCLO_THRS of Hold current

Hi expert

From the table below, we can see the UCLO current is derived from hold current. The hold current will be a range because of RIPROPIx and AIPROPI.

Which hold current should we calculate with, the max or the min one? I guess for the worst case, the max hold current should be chosen, right?

Below 4 percent has range, what about the other value? I think they should also have range, but I can't find in datasheet.

    Hi Song,

    Thanks a lot for the question.

    As you mentioned the worst case (max value) can be found from using the max hold current.

    The values for the spec table are chosen for ripple threshold of 0x4. The min max variation of the UCLO thresholds is going to be similar for other settings also. Please let me know if this clarifies the question.
