Using DRV8847 to drive a dc motor,when power on,the nfault pin is high about 10 seconds then change to low level. The motor can run normarly. So I can't justify the motor condition.
Please tell me how to check it

nFAULT can go to LOW level under the following conditions for this device - see below from the datasheet.
Likely the device may be running into to TSD (thermal shut down) after 10-seconds. Can you get the device temperature using a thermocouple or IR camera after turning on running for 10 s? Thank you.
