Tool/software:
I am trying to run the ULC1001 GUI with ULC1001-DRV2911EVM.
After successfully updating the USB2ANY firmware to 2.8.2.0 the ULC1001 GUI is giving me Error -49:

It will continue but it is NOT CONNECTED.
After USB2ANY has 2.8.2.0 loaded, the GUI opens with error -49.
Before opening the GUI the USB2ANY LED flashes 4 times with a very short pause and then repeats. After opening the GUI and continuing past the error the LED is off.
Target address in the GUI is set to 0x48.
Note that the GUI could not find the ULC1001.ini file to start with.
It was located at: "C:\Users\Public\Documents\Texas Instruments\ULC1001\Configuration\ULC1001.ini".
The GUI was looking for it at: "C:\Users\Public\Documents\Texas Instruments\ULC1001\Texas Instruments\ULC1001\Configuration\ULC1001.ini".
So I copied ULC1001\Configuration\ULC1001.ini to where it was looking for it. So the same .ini exists at both locations. Then the GUI got past that error.
What do I need to do to make it connect?
