DRV8251A: Confidential support request

I am working on a commercial application for the DRV8251A. I'm hoping for some technical support from TI but I cannot share any details on the public forum because of intellectual property and client confidentiality issues. I have alrteady searched the forum for any relevant information but I can find nothing of any sicgnificance.

Please would somebody contact me in order to establish private dialogue.

    Thanks for contacting us via this forum. The DRV8251A is a simple 8-pin fully integrated H-Bridge driver targeted to drive small brushed DC - BDC motors or similar loads. In order to support you with technical issues you may have with this device chances are we may not require any information about your IP. TI has a specific policy and process to accept or share confidential information directly from or to any of its customers. For this you'll have to contact your regional TI sales office or TI authorized distributors. 

    In the interest of supporting you to resolve the issues you're having with this device, we need basic information such as a description of the issue, VM supply voltage, other pin inputs for operating conditions related to the issue such as PWM input frequency and duty cycle, BDC load requirements such as startup inrush current, steady state motor run current. Thank you.

    I'm quite happy to provide full details of our query to TI but I am currently not able to post this information on a public forum (because of IP and client confidentiality as I mentioned). Hence I'm hoping to continue dialogue by way of email. Please could you provide me with an email address?

    Like I mentioned before, as per our company policy we do not accept by direct email any confidential information related to your IP or your client's confidential information without following the TI process for handling customer's confidential information.
