DRV8662 is impossible since it the 40kHz frequency is weigh higher than its bandwidth. What is voltage across the load you need? Our DRV2901 or DRV2911 can be possible solutions.

The capacitance of the piezo is 28nF, and I want to drive it at 100V to 120V (±60V). I said the frequency is 40kHz, but I hope it will run up to 70kHz, and the frequency is high, so I need to supply more than 1A of current.

DRV8662 won't meet your need. Do you mind telling me what is your application that requires such high voltage and current at the high frequency? You can also email you if you don't want to reveal the details publicly.  Based on the info you provided, I would recommend DRV2911 or DRV2901 plus an external LC filter to achieve your goal.
