DRV8143-Q1: Charge Pump not functional

Hi Team,

I'm working on 2 DRV8143S-Q1 (VQFN) devices that shall work simultaneously, However the charge pump on these devices don't go above 12V. When I give HIGH signals to nSLEEP and IN, I only get 0.4V at the output. What might be the case?

    How is the load connected during this time and what is the load characteristics? What is the status of the nFAULT pin? Does it show a fault, pulled down to 0V?  Any faults reported in the FAULT_SUMMARY register? Thanks.
