The customer uses DRV8245 in the project.
Usage mode:
1, PH/EN mode, one full-bridge output
2, independent mode, independent control of two half-bridges, output of two PWM channels respectively
Functions to be implemented:
The controller needs to monitor the output current value in real time and overload protection (the rated current of the controller is 3A, and it is cut off at around 3.1A)
Problems encountered:
1. The current triggered by OCP protection is too large and cannot achieve the required function.
2. IPROPI current acquisition
①PH/EN mode, loop current acquisition can be realized through IPROPI
②Independent mode, when two channels output values at the same time, IPROPI is the sum of the two currents, and it is impossible to distinguish whether one channel is overloaded (over 3.1A).How to solve it?
