DRV8801EVM: EVM GUI High Level Page issue

Hi community, I Niraj using the DRV8801 EVM Module for my project of dc motor control for linear actuator .I am supplying VBB is about 24V, set the 8801EVM GUI high level page as instructions given in the GUI pdf . But my motor is not running in either directions. I have attached the snap of the High level page as operating conditions below. What might be the reason of this?

    Hi Niraj,

    Thanks for reaching out to us via this forum. Based on your GUI setup nSLEEP in LOW which means device will be in sleep hence no outputs. This pin must be HIGH for awake. Also the GUI is in demo mode. It is not connected to the EVM so it will not control the EVM.

    After the EVM is connected to the GUI, setting up and device awake, please measure and check logic HIGH 3.3V on pins that supposed to have logic HIGH and 0V on logic LOW. Thanks.
