MCF8329EVM: Enhancement of current handling capability by changing built in shunt resistor

Part Number: MCF8329EVM
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: MCF8329A,

Tool/software:

Hi,

I plan to use the MCF8329EVM to control my BLDC motor, which operates at 12V and requires 125A. According to the EVM guide, the board supports up to 30A. Referring to the Rshunt equation in section 7.3.4 of the MCF8329A datasheet, if I replace the built-in Rshunt with a value suitable for 125A, will the board be able to support this current? I used the following parameters: Vso = 3V, Vref = 3V, and Gqin = 10V/V.
