DRV3255-Q1: Maximum possible swithcing frequency

Hello there,

For my application, I need to drive half bridge with 8 mosfet. Each side four mosfets are connected in parallel, each mosfet having a total gate charge of 8nC. Is it possible for me to drive the mosfets with a constant frequency of 120kHz. Is it possible to use this IC for this application? What is the maximum frequency I can achieve for this application? What is the maximum steady drive current that can be given be the gate driver IC? Any information regarding this will be helpful. Thank you.

    Thanks for reaching out! What application is this for? Automotive non-safety? Industrial? Automotive safety? The DRV3255-Q1 is targeted for ASILD automotive safety applications - we have other non-ASIL parts that may be better suited depending on your application.
