DRV8703D-Q1: FIT, FMD, and Pin FMA report

Hi team - I see DRV8703-Q1 has a FIT, FMD, and Pin FMA report, but the DRV8703D-Q1 does not. Can the DRV8703-Q1 FIT, FMD, and Pin FMA report be used for the "D" device; DRV8703D-Q1?

If not, do we have a FIT, FMD, and Pin FMA report for the DRV8703D-Q1?

Thank you for your questions. Unfortunately, DRV8703D-Q1 documentation is not available. However, PIN FMEA can be re-used. FIT number can be re-used, because DRV8703D-Q1 is just single channel version of DRV8703-Q1. Using same number of FIT of DRV8703-Q1 is no problem.

By the way, DRV8703D-Q1 is previous gen. DRV8106-Q1 is new gen single channel version of gate driver, and those documents are available.

If customer is looking for new platform, I suggest moving to DRV8106-Q1.
