I think a good place to start if you're trying to develope your own code in CCS, take a look at the EVM webpage and you should be able to find the firmware we use for our EVMs:

I prefer to work with F280049C as this is typically what we use for current and newer EVM development, but for DRV8316EVM the F280025C launcchpad should be fine as well.
