DRV8705-Q1: Mechanical shock test failed

Hi expert,

Something wrong happened after the Mechanical shock test @100g. The Output voltage of each gate-drive pin changed. Please find the detailed data in the picture. But the current consumption is OK.

Please help confirm the reason.

Thank you for your questions.

I guess device/PCB works well before your mechanical shock and failure happens after mechanical shock test.

Normally ABA swap is recommended.

For example, if some component (not DRV) on PCB has issue by mechanical shock test, issue will follow PCB.
