What logic sequence are you applying to the input pins? From the schematic it looks like the IN0 signal is connected to pin 15 (IN2), its possible that the input signals could be reversed. 

Are the inputs using PWM or 100% duty cycle?

1) What logic sequence are you applying to the input pins?

Ans : const char PMTab[3] ={0x83,0xA3,0XC3};

example: format of bits    msb - lsb
  0x83,   1        0    0       0  0  0          1    1   
   enable  int2 int1    for thermal      off if error 

  2) From the schematic it looks like the IN0 signal is connected to pin 15 (IN2), its possible that the input signals could be reversed. 

Ans :  we will reverse the pin, Then we check and update.

3) Are the inputs using PWM or 100% duty cycle?

 We tried the following as per your suggestion.

The printing motor did not move.

Point 2

 This is different solution, our existing problem is different, how to resolve existing problem.

Please guide us .

We will definitely try DRV8847EVM module for next project.

Hi Yogesh,

Is the load a stepper motor? If so, the only operation supported for stepper motors with the 2-pin interface is full-step. Do you need higher microsteps for this print?

Printer Head motor load : ( 4.2 VDC to 8.5 V, average current 0.87A (0.93),peak value Printing ratio: 12.5%, printing speed 50mm/sec. at 7.2 V).

How to set the current in a 2-pin interface.
