Hi Grey,
The IOD is the maximum current that can be sunk by the open drain nFAULT pin when the nFAULT pin is 0, logic low FET conducting. The IODZ is the leakage current through the nFAULT pin when nFAULT pin is logic high with VOD = 5 V FET is not conducting - as shown in the below figure. This current can be used for calculating the nFAULT voltage after the drop across the external pull-up resistor.
