We have selected DRV8353RHRGZ IC for Motor driving, to reduce the power losses uses three parallel Mosfet with single Gate driving pin e.g. Pin 8 (GHA). the routing of this gate signal below attached image (highlighted in Yellow).

The routing is done for gate signal with length matching for every mosfet switching in sync. this approach is correct or not?

I highly recommend reading the following app note and looking at the few references designs it mentions as this would help you see what might be more efficient ways to implement parallel FETs

The traces you have highlighted what are the trace widths? They look quite thin?

Hi Yara,

We followed as TI guidelines for Parallel MOSFET's and Trace width of Gate signal is 10mils (0.127 mm). we want to ensure trace width is ok and for sync switching length matching of Gate signal is correct approach or not?

Where did you see the 10mils guideline for trace width?

We typically recommend 20mils for gate trace widths.

I'm also concerned about the length of the traces as well as the middle trace. These are often high current and voltage paths, having to changed directions like that could cause issues.
