DRV8245-Q1: Input Frequency Limit only up to 25kHz

DRV8245 and DRV8145 seem to be very simliar except one is half bridge and the other is full bridge configuration. 

However, the input frequency limit for DRV8245 is only up to 25kHz, even though they have almost identical slew rate capability.

Is there any reason why DRV824 can not operate with input frequency more than 25kHz? 

We really want to drive DRV8245 with input frequency about 100kHz. If not, two DRV8145 can still be uitilzed, only sacrifice too much space.

    Hi Zt,

    The DRV8245-Q1 is qualified to up to 25 kHz fPWM operation, which supports its targeted applications. Hence, this is the recommended max fPWM for this device. It may work for higher fPWM but this would be outside the recommended max fPWM for this device. You may have to go with 2x DRV8145 for datasheet compliance. Thank you.
