Good morning,

We would like to open and close a window with a motor controller for a BLDC motor.
There is a risk that a person will put their hand in the closing window.
This can be monitored with a sensor; in the event of jamming, the sensor switches, for example,
a relay which switches off the enable signal on the motor controller.
The sensor for monitoring must be SIL/ASIL compliant as it is a safety function.
As a result, the motor controller must also be SIL/ASIL compliant.
Are there other motor controllers for BLDC motors that are SUL/ASIL tested, e.g.
- DRV8316C
- MCT8316A
- MCF8316A
The BLDC motor runs at 24VDC and has a stall current of 6A.
