Hi team,

I am looking for a design solution for one of automotive project solenoid driver. My requirement is a solenoid input voltage of 12V and a peak solenoid load current of 2A. Could you please suggest any suitable ASILD solenoid driver part number?

    Thanks for your enquiry.

    We currently do not have an ASIL-D solenoid driver in our portfolio. DRV3946-Q1 is rated till ASIL-C.

    Can you give some more details on the requirement. 

    1. What are the safety goals for which ASIL-D is required.

    2. What is the hold current? 

    3. What is the end equipment for this requirement and no of channels needed per car.
